DEPOSIT SUMMER
- Before you get here, we estimate a deposit of 10% of the total price.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, the booking is then fixed and you will receive a booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION TERMS SUMMER
- Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before you are due to arrive.
- Your cancellation must be made in writing, without exception.
- Cancellation effected within 14 days of arrival: 70% of the full price will be charged
- No-show: 100% of the full price will be charged
- General terms and conditions for the hotel sector (AGBH) apply.

FULL BILL
Before arrival, we ask for a deposit of 10% of the full amount. The full amount of the bill is normally paid at the end of your holiday. You may however pay part amounts before arrival and during your stay. If you prefer to do that and it makes things easier for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER
- The Consumer Protection Code applies at the Thurnerhof. Without travel cancellation insurance, there is no right of cancellation available outside the set deadlines for a booking that has been effected. The Thurnerhof cancellation conditions apply.
