GETTING HERE IN THE WINTER
- The Hotel Thurnerhof is situated on its own little mountain and above the rooftops of Saalbach. However, our ‘own little mountain’ is not easily accessible. Drive on the Glemmtal country road and turn into Bergerkreuzweg. Drive up and proceed via two twisting bends to get to us at the Thurnerhof.
- Snow chains are not usually necessary for the drive up via Bergerkreuzweg. Hermann is in charge of snow clearance and does his level best to keep the Bergerkreuzweg clear.
